Dr. John E. Jacoby will be honored by the
Huguenot Historical Association
Metro+Med to be Honored On November 17th, 2010 at the VIP Club in New Rochelle, Metro+Med and Dr. John E. Jacoby will be honored by the Huguenot Historical Association annual dinner for excellence in primary medical care.
Other honorees are the Trinity St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Norman and Sydelle Herzberg. The "Spirit of Thomas Pain Award” recipient and guest speaker will be noted commentator Dick Morris. Metro+Med was founded in 1984 and has been in continuous service since then in the former Arnold Constable Building. Over 300,000 patient visits have been recorded for individuals, families and businesses. Patients include adults and children with accidents, illnesses, and for physicals, immunizations, and preventive services.
Its large volume of patients include all members of our diverse extended community from the wealthy neighborhoods as well as less affluent areas, including surrounding cities and towns. It welcomes Spanish speaking patients in their own language.
Dr. Jacoby has been on the boards of the Huguenot and New Rochelle Historical Association and on the Thomas Paine National Historical Association.
