Alumni From Mount Sinai Michelle Carley and Brian Nicholas Gets Married

Michelle Christine Carley, a daughter of Patricia C. Carley and Robert M. Carley of Babylon, N.Y., was married Saturday to Brian Walrath Nicholas, a son of Nancy W. Walsworth of Menlo Park, Calif., and the late Lawrence E. Nicholas, at Christ Episcopal Church in Babylon, N.Y. The Rev. Steve L. Foster, an Episcopal priest, performed the ceremony.
The bride and bridegroom, both 28, are in their second and first year, respectively, of residency in anesthesiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia hospital. They received medical degrees from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where they met.
Dr. Carley, who is keeping her name, graduated magna cum laude from Cornell.
Her father is a vice president, handling commercial accounts, at JPMorgan Chase in New Hyde Park, N.Y. Her mother is the clerk for the Village of Babylon.
Dr. Nicholas graduated with honors from Brown. His mother retired as a financial analyst of pension and insurance costs for Stanford University. His father worked in the corporate public relations department of Varian Associates, a technology development company in Palo Alto, Calif. The bridegroom is the stepson of C. Richard Walsworth and Susan L. Nicholas.
